We offer over 100 years of experience and knowledge in all areas of:

We are a team who like to give back our knowledge and have fun with food and life.
We travel all over England and some parts of Europe to show you all the good food and products we have in our repertoire; how to be healthy, use natural ingredients, have fun with food, know your body and respect it. Learn some new skills andtechniques and put them into practice in to your life.
We come to any location to suit you, hotels, restaurants, in the city, in the country and abroad. Or we are in the New Forest and have a few locations were we can hold our classes and demonstration, from 10 to 100 guests, depending on the activity you would be interested in.
Our demonstrations last from 2 to 3 hours, up to half a day, or all day. We are also able to provide courses of two days or more, depending on accommodation and numbers of activities.
