Rhino Catering is managed by Lio Balland, an experienced French Chef with over 25 years in international hospitality across many catering sectors. Lio and his team have an established business helping clients who work from home, through to renowned five star establishments, colleges, governing bodies, tourism and hospitality businesses.
Lio is a graduate of Gloucester College NEBS Catering-Management and a D32 assessor of City and Guilds.
We are working with the New Forest Tourism Board, Hampshire & Dorset EHO Office. We can provide training on the SF BB Manual and can find you a new supplier, catering agency, printer and promotion, as well as helping with finance, VAT and PAYE.
We are a member of the Federation of Small Businesses and the Chamber of Commerce.
We can speak and translate English, French, Slovak, Polish, German, Italian and Spanish.
We have an alcohol licence and are CRB registered.
