Rhino Catering is managed by Lio Balland, an experienced French Chef with over 25 years in international hospitality across many catering sectors. Resident in the UK for many years, Lio has established himself with experience of helping clients working from home, through to renowned five star establishments, colleges, governing bodies, tourism and hospitality businesses.
Lio is a graduate of Gloucester College NEBS Catering-Management, a D32 assessor of City and Guilds.
